Crunchy Chicken Salad

  • Ingredients for 5 Servings

    2 cups chicken, cooked and diced

    ½ cup celery, diced

    ¼ cup green pepper, diced

    ¼ onion, diced

    ½ cucumber, diced

    ½ cup grapes, cut in halves

    1 apple, diced

    ¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt

  • Directions

    1 Use leftover cooked chicken or cook enough chicken to make 2 cups of diced pieces.

    2 Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir together.

    3 Serve on lettuce, whole-wheat bread, or whole-wheat crackers.
