Scrambled Eggs on Toast

  • Large Eggs

  • Sliced Bread

  • Butter

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 2 Large Eggs

    2 Slices of Bread

    1 tbsp Butter

    Salt and Pepper

  • 8 Large Eggs

    8 Slices of Bread

    4 tbsp Butter

    Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk with a fork until blended.

  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt, coating the pan evenly.

  3. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs continuously, scraping the bottom of the pan to create soft, fluffy curds. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs reach your desired consistency. Remove from heat.

  4. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. Place the toasted bread on a plate and top with the scrambled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
