4 tbsp Butter
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk with a fork until blended.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt, coating the pan evenly.
Pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs continuously, scraping the bottom of the pan to create soft, fluffy curds. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs reach your desired consistency. Remove from heat.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread in a toaster until golden brown.
Place the toasted bread on a plate and top with the scrambled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
