Fried Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Eggs

  • Sliced Bread

  • Butter

Optional: Bacon and hot sauce

Serving Sizes

  • 2 Eggs

    2 Slices of bread

    1/2 tbsp butter

    Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 4 Eggs

    4 Slices of bread

    1 tbsp butter

    Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 6 Eggs

    6 Slices of bread

    11/2 tbsp butter

    Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 8 Eggs

    8 Slices of bread

    2 tbsp butter

    Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 10 Eggs

    10 Slices of bread

    2 ½ tbsp butter

    Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 12 Eggs

    12 Slices of bread

    3 tbsp butter

    Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In skillet over medium heat melt the butter.

  2. Crack the eggs into skillet and puncture yolks.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook 2-3 mins each side.

  5. Place eggs in between slices of bread.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
