Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • Oats

  • Milk

  • Maple syrup

  • Vanilla

  • Seasonal fruit or chopped nuts (optional)

Serving Sizes

  • 2 cups oats

    1/2 cup milk

    2 tbsp maple syrup

    1 tsp vanilla

    Seasonal fruit or chopped nuts (optional)

  • 2 cups oats

    1 cup milk

    1/4 cup maple syrup

    2 tsp vanilla

    1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Seasonal fruit or other add-in (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, syrup and vanilla.

  2. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

  3. Just before serving, top with nuts and fruit (optional)

    Note: Always mix optional add-ins, whichever is provided, during second step of process. These will vary between chia seeds,  matcha, chocolate chips, seasonal fruit, and mixed nuts.
