Root Vegetable Pasta Soup

Seasonal root vegetables
Tomato puree
Vegetable bouillon

Recommended cooking utensils
Cutting board (for dicing the potato into small cubes)
Knife (for cutting the potato)
Medium pot with a lid (for cooking the soup)
Measuring cups (for water)
Wooden spoon or ladle (for stirring the soup)
Instructions
Dice the potato into small cubes, similar to other root vegetables.
Pour all ingredients into a pot
Add 3 cups water and let the mixture cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!!
