Egg Salad Lettuce Wrap

  • In your crate

    Hard boiled eggs

    Lettuce Leaves

    Mixed vegetables

    Mayo

    Optional: Relish, seasonings

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Mixing bowl (to combine eggs with wet ingredients)

    Fork or spoon (for mixing)

    Serving plate (to assemble and serve the lettuce wraps)

Instructions

  1. Dice the potato into small cubes, similar to other root vegetables.

  2. Pour all ingredients into a pot

  3. Add 3 cups water and let the mixture cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve and enjoy!!
