Pork Chops with Gravy and Rice

  • In your crate

    Cooked pork

    Cream of mushroom soup

    Sour Cream

    Rice

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pot (for cooking the rice)

    Measuring cups (for measuring rice/water)

    Large skillet (for re-heating the pork chops)

    Lid (for covering the skillet while simmering)

    Spatula (for stirring the pork and gravy mixture)

    Knife (for cutting pork chops, if needed)

Instructions

  1. Put rice in pot, cover with water and cook until desired tenderness. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.

  2. Meanwhile drizzle oil in a large skillet, get hot over medium heat then add pork. Pour cream of mushroom soup and sour cream over pork.

  3. Reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer until heated through out 5-7 mins stirring when needed.

  4. Serve over rice and enjoy!
