5 oz ground lamb
3 oz dried beans
1 clove of chopped garlic
Handful of mixed greens

2 tsp bouillon (1 tsp per cup of water)

½ lb dried beans

6 tsp bouillon (1 tsp per cup of water)
Instructions
Soak dried beans in water, 8 hours overnight. Drain, rinse, set aside.
Heat oil in large pot over low heat. Stir chopped onions in hot oil. Stir in garlic, cook for 1 minute, and increase to medium heat.
Add lamb, cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in mixed vegetables and add desired seasonings (such as parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper).
Add beans and 1 cup of water for every tsp of bouillon you add. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-lower, cover the pot, and let simmer under beans are tender (about an hour and a half).
