  • 2 lamb patties

    1 clove of garlic

    2 burger buns

    Desired amount of onions, feta cheese, and greens

  • 4 lamb patties

    2 cloves of garlic

    4 burger buns

    Desired amount of onions, feta cheese, and greens

  • 6 lamb patties

    3 clove of garlic

    6 burger buns

    Desired amount of onions, feta cheese, and greens

Instructions

  1. Mix lamb in a bowl with desired spices (such as garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper) and form mixture into 2 oz patties.

  2. Grill patties on medium-high heat until cooked through (at least 160°F), about 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. Place cooked lamb patties on hamburger buns and layer greens, feta, and onions.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
