5 oz of lean ground beef
1/3 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk
1 thinly sliced potato
1/6 cup of onion
1/3 cup of cheddar cheese

2/3 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
2 thinly sliced potatoes
1/3 cup of onion
2/3 cup of cheddar cheese

1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
¾ cup milk
3 thinly sliced potatoes
½ cup of onion
1 cup of cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 5 to 7 minutes, until browned. Drain grease.
Mix condensed soup, milk, onion, and any desired seasonings in a bowl.
In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, soup mixture, and browned ground beef.
Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Top with cheddar cheese, and continue baking until cheese is melted. Serve and enjoy!!
