Instructions
Saute veggies in large pot over medium heat until tender. Add garlic, chili powder and cumin.
Combine tomato paste with water and add to pot a long with oregano. Add your prepared beans and bring to simmer for 10 minutes adding more water as needed if chili gets to thick.
Once in bowl sprinkle with cheese.
