    ½ oz Coconut Milk

    1 ½ oz Tomato Sauce

    ½ Clove Garlic

    5 oz Beans

    1/8 c Water

    ½ tbsp Curry Powder

    ¼ tsp Onion Powder

    Salt and Pepper to taste

  • ½ lb Ground Beef

    1 c Seasonal Veggies

    1 oz Coconut Milk

    3 oz Tomato Sauce

    1 Clove Garlic

    10 oz beans

    1 tbsp Curry Powder

    ½ tsp Onion Powder

    ¼ c Water

    Salt and Pepper to taste

  • ¾ lb Ground Beef

    1 ½ c Seasonal Veggies

    1 ½ oz Coconut Milk

    4 ½ oz Tomato Sauce

    1 ½ cloves Garlic

    15 oz Beans

    1 ½ tbsp Curry Powder

    ¾ tsp Onion Powder

    ½ c Water

    Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

    2 c Seasonal Veggies

    2 oz Coconut Milk

    6 oz Tomato Sauce

    2 cloves Garlic

    20 oz Beans

    2 tbsp Curry Powder

    1 tsp Onion Powder

    ¾ c Water

    Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 ¼ lb Ground Beef

    2 ½ c Seasonal Veggies

    2.5 oz Coconut Milk

    7.5 oz Tomato Sauce

    2.5 cloves Garlic

    25 oz Beans

    2.5 tbsp Curry

    1 ¼ tsp Onion Powder

    1 c Water

    Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 ½ lbs Ground Beef

    3 c Seasonal Veggies

    3 oz Coconut Milk

    9 oz Tomato Sauce

    3 cloves Garlic

    30 oz Beans

    3 Tbsp Curry

    1 ½ tsp Onion Powder

    1 ¼ c Water

    Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In large skillet over medium high heat cook ground beef until completely browned, about 7-9 mins. Drain as much grease off beef as possible.

  2. Combine tomato sauce, water, and garlic in large pot and bring to boil. Add meat and return to boil and reduce heat to medium low. Add beans, veggies, and spices to pot and bring to simmer. Place a cover on pot and cook for 15 mins.

  3. Stir half of the coconut milk through chili, return cover to the pot, and simmer another 15 minutes. Pour the remaining coconut milk into chili, stir, and simmer 30 minutes more.

  4. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
