Bay leaves (1-2 leaves)
Cayenne (¼ - ½ tsp, depending on spice preference)
Chili powder (1 tsp)
Garlic powder (½ - 1 tsp)
Italian seasoning (½ - 1 tsp)

6 cloves garlic, minced
6 tbsp peanut butter
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ½ cups water
Seasonings (to taste):
Bay leaves (2-3 leaves)
Cayenne (½ - ¾ tsp, depending on spice preference)
Chili powder (1 ½ tsp)
Garlic powder (1 - 1 ½ tsp)
Italian seasoning (1 - 1 ½ tsp)
Instructions
Place tomatoes, water, garlic, and bay leaves into a pot and bring to a simmer over high heat.
After 15 minutes add pre-soaked beans. Cover the pot and let simmer until beans reach desired tenderness.
Stir in peanut butter until dissolved and remove the bay leaf. Season to taste. Add desired shredded cheese.
