Pan-Fried Chicken with Lemony Broccoli

1 Cup Broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 Clove Garlic, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 6 Oz Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Lemon, cut into slices
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F, toss broccoli and garlic with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper then roast 10 minutes.
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, season with salt and pepper and coat in flour.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high and cook chicken until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Nestle chicken amidst broccoli and roast until chicken is cooked through out, about 8-10 mins.
In same skillet over medium heat add oil, once hot add lemon pieces and cook while stirring for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and 1/3 cup water and cook 3 mins. Spoon over chicken and serve with broccoli.
