Pan-Fried Chicken with Lemony Broccoli

  • Broccoli

  • Garlic cloves

  • Oil

  • Chicken breasts

  • Flour

  • Lemon

  • Lemon Juice

Ingredients

Serving Sizes

  • 1 Cup Broccoli, cut into florets

    1/2 Clove Garlic, thinly sliced

    1 Tbsp. Oil

    1  6 Oz Chicken Breasts

    1/4 Cup Flour

    1/4 Lemon, cut into slices

    1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 4 Cups Broccoli, cut into florets

    2 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced

    3 Tbsp. Oil

    4   6 Oz Chicken Breasts

    1 Cup Flour

    1 Lemon, cut into slices

    2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F, toss broccoli and garlic with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper then roast 10 minutes.

  2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, season with salt and pepper and coat in flour.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high and cook chicken until golden brown,
 3 to 5 minutes per side.

  4. Nestle chicken amidst broccoli and roast until chicken is cooked through out, about 8-10 mins.

  5. In same skillet over medium heat add oil, once hot add lemon pieces and cook while stirring for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and 1/3 cup water and cook 3 mins. Spoon over chicken and serve with broccoli.

  6. Serve and enjoy!!
