PB & Banana Overnight Oatmeal

  • Ingredients & number of servings

    3 servings

    ¾ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

    ¾ cup old-fashioned oats

    2/3 cup low-fat milk

    1 tablespoon peanut butter

    ¾ cup banana, diced

    ½ cup strawberries, sliced (optional)

  • Directions

    1 In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for the banana and strawberries.

    2 Gently mix in the banana. Cover and chill overnight.

    3 To serve, stir and divide into 3 small bowls. If desired top each serving with strawberry slices.
