Fried Potatoes with Toast

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Toast

  • Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 6 potatoes

    Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes (if desired), then cut into cubes.

  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy. Season as desired.

  3. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on the skillet.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
