Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes (if desired), then cut into cubes.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy. Season as desired.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on the skillet.
Serve and enjoy!
