Veggie Pizza

  • In your crate

    Pizza dough

    Tomato sauce

    Cheese

    Pre-chopped veggies

  • Recommended cooking utensils

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475 F. Then heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add vegetables and sauté for about 3-5 minutes.  

  2. While the veggies are cooking, roll out the pizza dough with a rolling pin. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet. Then spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough. 

  3. Add the cooked vegetables and cheese to the pizza. 

  4. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden.

  5. Vegan Alternative: To 'veganize' this recipe skip the cheese or use a dairy-free alternative.
