Seasonal Stir Fry with Quinoa

  • In your crate

    Quinoa

    Pre-chopped veggies

    Stir fry sauce

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Pot (for making quinoa)

    Pan (for heating vegetables)

    Mixing spoon or spatula

Instructions

  1.  Measure water, twice the amount of dry quinoa and pour it into a saucepan. Add quinoa to it.

  2. Let it cook for 8-10 minutes until the water is absorbed.

  3. Take oil in a pan. Add veggies such as onions and carrots first. Cooke on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the remaining veggies. Mix and cook for another 8 minutes or to desired tenderness.

  4. Add stir-fry sauce, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add cooked quinoa, mix well. Add salt to taste. The sauce has salt in it.
