Seasonal Stir Fry with Quinoa

Quinoa
Pre-chopped veggies
Stir fry sauce

Recommended cooking utensils
Pot (for making quinoa)
Pan (for heating vegetables)
Mixing spoon or spatula
Instructions
Measure water, twice the amount of dry quinoa and pour it into a saucepan. Add quinoa to it.
Let it cook for 8-10 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Take oil in a pan. Add veggies such as onions and carrots first. Cooke on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the remaining veggies. Mix and cook for another 8 minutes or to desired tenderness.
Add stir-fry sauce, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked quinoa, mix well. Add salt to taste. The sauce has salt in it.
