Pan Roasted Pork Chops with Potatoes

  • 2 Pork Chops

    2 Potatoes

    1/2 lb Seasonal Vegetables

    Butter

  • 4 Pork Chops

    4 Potatoes

    1 lb Seasonal Vegetables

    Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F, dice potatoes and seasonal vegetables into uniform pieces so they cook evenly. 

  2. Put vegetables, in a single layer, into a baking pan and drizzle with oil. Roast for 20 minutes.

  3. Season pork to liking with salt and pepper.

  4. Pull out pan and stir vegetables. 

  5. Place each pork chop on top of vegetables and roast for another 25-30 mins or until pork reaches 145°F.

  6. Serve and enjoy!!!
