3 cups rolled oats
6 clove garlic
6 cups seasonal veggies

Instructions
Add butter to a saucepan. Add finely minced garlic and sauté. Then add diced seasonal vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add water twice the amount of oats and bring it to a boil.
Add oats. Turn the heat to medium-low and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes or until thickened.
Add salt and pepper.
