Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter (1 cup)

  • Honey (2/3 cup)

  • Vanilla (1 tsp)

  • Salt (heaping 1/2 tsp)

  • Rolled Oats (2.5 cups)

  • Mini Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium-large bowl, preferably with a mixer. 

  2. Press ingredients into a 9x13 pan, lined with parchment paper.  Refrigerate until firm. 

  3. Slice into 12 bars and keep refrigerated until eaten!
