Granola Bars
Ingredients
Peanut butter (1 cup)
Honey (2/3 cup)
Vanilla (1 tsp)
Salt (heaping 1/2 tsp)
Rolled Oats (2.5 cups)
Mini Chocolate Chips (1/3 cup)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium-large bowl, preferably with a mixer.
Press ingredients into a 9x13 pan, lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until firm.
Slice into 12 bars and keep refrigerated until eaten!
