Seasonal Hamburger Soup

  • In your crate

    Ground beef

    Seasonal vegetables

    Tomato sauce (with vegetable bouillon)

  • Recommended cooking utensils

    Large pot or Dutch oven (to cook the soup)

    Wooden spoon or spatula (for stirring)

    Ladle (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in appropriate sized pot. Add desired amount of water/broth to thin the soup.

  2. Bring the soup to a boil, lower heat and simmer until beef is heated all the way through and vegetables are fork tender.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
